Yes. Once you pay for the template, there are no additional fees for use of the template.
What am I allowed to do with my MokiHost Template?
The templates are available for you to build a website in any way that you like. You may not redistribute or sell the templates, create more than one website with the template, or claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of the templates.
Should I allow MokiHost to design a custome site or create one from a template myself?
